This newly renovated villa with a pool is located 500 m from the beach in a quiet neighborhood and yet only 5 km away from the city of Pula.

Accommodation
Ideal for a larger family or group of friends (up to ten people) since it has five bedrooms (each with it’s own bathroom).
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a dining room (exit to the terrace, garden, swimming pool) and a kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor that has it’s own bathroom and a kitchen with a private exit to the backyard. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each has a private bathroom, air condition and flat screen satellite tv. From the first floor there is an exit to the spacious terrace. The garden is completely fenced and also equipped with a swimming pool (maintained with salt electrolysis instead of chlorine, odourless and no skin and eyes irritation). Guests have at their disposal a parking lot for 3 cars, outdoor grill, table tennis and darts. Pets allowed on request.

Surroundings
Just 5 minutes walk away from beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars. The famous tourist place Fažana is connected with 2 km sea promenade, Fažana is also the starting port for National Park Brijuni. The house is 6 km away from the famous amphitheatre Arena which is the largest and most preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. One kilometer from the Villa is a large discount supermarket Plodine. 600 meters from the house is the beginning of a long stretch of beaches equipped with all the modern amenities (beach bars, showers at the beach, sunshades and deck-chairs rental, windsurfing, rent-a-boat, pedal boat, parasailing, jet ski, diving center, childrens playground, outdoor fitness) and a spacious natural shade.
